[Main purpose]:
This machine is a fully stainless steel horizontal trough mixer used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries to mix powdered or paste like materials.

[Working principle]:

This machine uses mechanical transmission to rotate the S-shaped stirring blade, pushing the material to flip back and forth and mix evenly. Electrical control is used during operation, and the mixing time can be set. When the time is up, the machine will automatically stop and electrically reverse the material, thereby improving the mixing quality of each batch of materials and achieving high uniformity of mixing.

[Operating instructions and precautions]:

1. Before use, an air run test should be conducted. Before the test, the firmness of all connecting parts of the trough mixer, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer, and the integrity of the electrical equipment should be checked. Then, the main switch should be closed and the power supply should be turned on for the air run test.
2. Air freight conversion test requires item by item testing. Production can only be put into operation if no abnormal noise, high temperature of the bearing gear, or direct temperature rise of the reducer are found.
3. If it is necessary to scrape the material on the tank wall of the mixer during operation, bamboo and wooden tools should be used, and hands should not be used to avoid hand injury accidents.
4. If abnormal vibration or abnormal noises are found during the use of the trough mixer, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
5. The load of the mixer should not be too high, usually measured by the load of the electric motor. The heavy load current of the 380V electric motor during mixing should not exceed 6 amperes, which is normal. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity should be immediately reduced.
6. The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing blade should be kept clean to avoid blackening and deterioration of the material. Square holes should be left on the outer baffles at both ends of the mixing tank, which should be unobstructed and not blocked to prevent back pressure from seeping into the shaft, causing blackening and deterioration of the material in the tank.
7. Management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, and operating principles of the control structure of the trough mixer. During operation, it is not allowed to leave the work site to prevent mechanical damage caused by malfunctions, in order to ensure safe production.

Maintenance and Deadline
Equipment damage that occurs upon expiration of the warranty period shall be repaired on site within two days by enterprises within the province and within four days by enterprises outside the province upon receiving notification from the purchaser. The services provided upon expiration of the warranty period are paid services, and a production fee shall be charged for each service.
